Left eye is puffy after injection of hyalase last evening. Is there anything that will make it better fast? (photo)

Hi there,I feel that the swelling will resolve itself in a couple of days. Ice, taking antihistamine and sleeping with your head elevated will help the inflammation go down quicker. Hylase has a half life of 48 hours so in a weeks time see how the results were and if possible you might need more hylase. 

Icing and cold compresses may give improvement to the swelling. It should resolve in a few days. Keep in mind, it can take a series of treatments to get improvement with hyaluronidase. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hello,It's not too unusual to have mild swelling in the area that hyaluronidase is used.  In our experience, this reaction is short-lived and should resolve within 1 to 2 days.  Gentle icing may help, but we recommend that you do not massage or manipulate the area.  In addition, mild swelling first thing in the AM after any type of injection in this delicate area is not too unusual and should improve throughout the day.
