How can I get rid of this red mark if Vbeam isn't working? (Photo)

Hi can you please suggest another way I can get rid of this red mark on my cheek? I have had three vbeam treatments spaced 6 weeks apart. My last and final treatment was 1 month ago. It disapears for a week after then comes back. It's a result of picking at a cystic pimple three years ago, I've well and truly learnt my lesson! I use spf 50+ on my face and gentle skincare everyday. I thought vbeam would do the job...
