Vbeam Q&A

Have had two Vbeam treatments so far, last one approx 2 months ago. I am still red and my skin flushes really easily. Topicals or doxycycline have not seemed to help in the past. IPL makes me swollen for over 5 days; Vbeam does not-- just the purple marks. The last setting used was medium-ish, leaving a 'manageable' amount of purple marks. Are there better treatments out there? Can IPL be performed a few days after Vbeam? Or should I just stick with Vbeam? higher setting :( ? Thank you

Since i had Laser treatment Long time ago for a Scar i have some Redness / darkness on my nose and i want to know if its better to use a fractional Laser or something Like vbeam for that. Thanks !

Understand it may take a few sessions - but will I need to do the laser periodically, or once its gone, will it be gone? Many thanks in advance

My skin barely gets red after Vbeam, the healing is very fast. I know the waiting time should be 4 weeks or more, but because CO2 has significant downtime I can only do it during holidays which are coming up, that would make it 1 week after Vbeam. How risky is it?

Hi all, I had a terrible zit on the bridge of my nose. For some reason, a derm used liquid nitrogen on it because she wasnt quite sure what it was (it was eventually decided it wasnt any kind of skin cancer). After that and me messing with it too much, Im left with this. It has been like this for 4 months. Redness with divot on the middle. Had 1 session of ipl two weeks ago and dont even see a slight change. Would vbeam or some other combo be more effective? Thanks!

Hello, will longer time spaces between procedures affect the result negatively, or lessen the effect of first treatment? Im planning to have a two-three month break after the first treatment.

How long after a microlaser peel should you wait before getting a Vbeam to help w/ redness? I am about 10 days out and my cheeks are very red. The clinic suggested Vbeam.

Can the Q switch and V beam be done at the same time? How much time should there be between either of those and a Fraxel Dual? Thank you.

I was wondering is it ok to use the v beam laser for a lower eyelid, of course with the right protective shields. I had v beam laser done couple years ago for broken blood vessels from a pimple and it worked amazing. I hope I can have this done again on my lower eyelid.
