Hitting nose six months after Rhinoplasty. Will there be damage?

Thank you very much for your question.Normally I would say "no" (and it likely still is "no"), however the fact that you heard a crack and had pain, I recommend calling your surgeon and set up an in-person evaluation.  Best of luck! 

If you had that much pain and heard a weird sound, then you should definitely be seen by your rhinoplasty surgeon.

Dear JungleK,Thank you for your clinical post and
photograph. By 6 months a standard
rhinoplasty, which involve the breaking of nasal bones, removing a dorsal bump
or improving the shape of the nasal tip should be fully healed. Slight to moderate nasal trauma will be
unlikely to disrupt this, as the nose is resilient to trauma at 6 months. If excessive force is applied then the soft
tissue cartilages or even nose bones can break much like they could have
pre-operatively. Visiting your operative plastic surgeon would help reassure
you that no trauma has occurred.
