Gynaecomastia recurrence is quite uncommon among most people, because the gynaecomastia surgery itself is said to be done for permanent results. In general any hormones that stimulate the breast development in men and women alters the breast tissue. If a person has less breast tissue, it means that there is a minimum amount of breast tissue that needs to be stimulated by exogenous hormones apart from whatever is still present. Although you undergo a transgender HRT, gynaecomastia recurrence is still a question of doubt. However it is best to have a control of your weight to avoid giving even the slightest chances of any recurrence.
