I had gyno surgery last October. The results were great but I began noticing a hard lump behind my right nipple that I may or may not be tricking myself into thinking it’s growing. The left side is perfectly flat and has no lump. I'm worried if it’s gland that it will keep growing resulting in an uneven chest. My surgeon is impossible to get a hold of so I’m hoping you might be able to help. Do you think it may just be scar tissue since it’s only one one side? Thank you.

If you're planning a significant change in body fat in a short period of time, you should wait to have surgery. Your results will be better and you'll enjoy them longer if you have surgery when your weight is stable.
Once you achieve your goal weight you will need some fat transfer to the chest to correct the indentation you see. Liposuction will be performed to acquire a small amount of fat, that fat is cleaned and then injected into the area lacking volume
It is very likely that tissue you feel under your fingers (scar) is residual, unresected breast tissue. It is relatively frequent after conservative reduction. It can be treated in local anesthesia with removal of redundant tissue.. You should discuss this option with your surgeon. Good luck.
