Once you achieve your goal weight you will need some fat transfer to the chest to correct the indentation you see. Liposuction will be performed to acquire a small amount of fat, that fat is cleaned and then injected into the area lacking volume

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Sorry for your problem and I would get to the lower desired weight and then go on some complimentary consultations with experts and compare recommendations after a full examination and discussion of desired results. The indentation should be able to be fixed with fat grafting.
