im a little confused what to do- I have a wide chest wall, B cup, 165cm and 54 kgs looking to get to a D cup with side boob... I'm quite boyish with no shape. anyone in a similar position and can recommend projection , or anatomical vs round? And how many ccs are recommended to get this look? Is it even possible?

To reduce the gap between the breasts, I suggest you consider implants slightly wider than you natural breast width diameter. Consult with an experienced plastic surgeon for best results.
