My whole life, my 2 biggest insecurities have been the 18mm upper lip area and my asymmetric, wider left side of my face. I will be undergoing a lip lift, but when it comes to identifying the real "problem" of my left lower face area I get a little stuck. I'm unsure if a jaw-contouring treatment would be enough to even me out, if a small chin implant in addition would be beneficial, jaw lipo, or if this is something that requires an invasive orthognatic realignment. Thank you for your time
