Vertical chin implant, genioplasty, or fat transfer? Which procedure would help me achieve a strong chin? (photos)

It really ultimately depends on what surgeon is doing it, what they feel comfortable with, and they should be able to individually explain to you why they think their procedure is superior to the other two. All of them can give you this result, but it'll depend on the details of the plan. For example- if genioplasty, I would ask about things like plate extrusion, how they ensure symmetry, what would they do if you had a stepoff in the future. Chin implant, I would ask about what size and maybe have them show you what type of implant they're going to use. This is a reversible procedure compared to the one up top. Fat grafting, they will need to get a pretty large amount of fat so asking them how much they plan to get, from where, how do they plan to guarantee how much the fat survives/will it give you the outcome you're looking for, etc. This can be reversible although it is much more difficult.
