Want to improve side profile - am I a candidate for a chin implant? (photos)

I previously had sub mental liposuction done. Unfortunately, it did little to help my side profile, something I am extremely self conscious about. Would a chin implant make sense?

In the profile picture your chin projection is good but it appears that your chin is short. I would recommend that facial balance would improve with a sliding genioplasty to lengthen your chin. the surgery is done in the office with sedation and takes about an hour. You are correct in that there would be benefit of chin augmentation for you but there is one very important aspect of that for you that should not be overlooked. Your chin deficiency is as much, if not more, vertically deficient as it is horizontally deficient. Vertical chin deficiencies require unique implant designs or bony genioplasties to provide an adequate augmentation effect.
