Hello, your chin implant, as shown, is likely the wrong size and shape. Was it put in underneath your chin? It appears to be causing some fullness under the chin, and doesn't project forward enough. The right kind of implant should give you quick improvement.

Between still being slightly underprojected and have a winged chin implant, it is no surprise that your chin looks wider/rounder. Your options are to either replace the current implant with a more v-shaped chin implant without wings that provides a little more projection or convert it to a sliding genioplasty.
