6 months post op - what are the best options for belly button revision? (Photos)

Catx27
Hi! I had a tummy tuck 6 months ago and I’m really unhappy with my belly button. I don’t like the look of it when just standing straight but it also moves with my movement. As you can see in the photos a little it bulges out or pulls in based on which side I lean towards. It’s also not centered as you can see here. I have an appointment to go over these things with my surgeon although I was told I would have to wait a year before anything could be done. My questions: 1. Is it a good idea to have the same surgeon do any revision to my belly button? I know all surgeons need revisions sometimes but is this something that seems anyone could have potentially had this result or with what I’m dealing with suggests I should see someone else to revise? 2. Is there a way to make the whole belly button more of an innie? 3. I’ve heard belly button revisions are fairly simple but what all does it actually entail? Feeling discouraged as I waited so long to do this and while I still have many benefits from the surgery, I still don’t feel comfortable showing my stomach because of my belly button. Thank you!
