I just want to know what happened. Is it fixable? If so what procedure?
Answer: Liposuction results Dear Gorgeous153122, I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors. It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery. Answer: My arms are over-lipoed, is my muscle gone? Can it be corrected? Sorry for the very poorly preformed arm liposuction, as seen your nicely posted photos. I recommend lipo from any other body areas to allow micr/macro fat grafting after sub dermal release of the indented areas. Plus a combination of high prime fillers like hyper diluted Radiesse or Restylane Lyft or both in combination with the fat. I also might add Sculptra, a tissue regrowing product. The fees are in the $8,000 ranges. Best to virtual consult with....

Answer: Poorly done Liposuction To date I have answered over 14,000 questions on this website. Most of them are regarding Liposuction and fat transfer. I’ve also done over 8000 liposuction procedures. Delivering consistent quality liposuction results is far more difficult than most people believe. Simply having a plastic surgeon who’s board-certified in plastic surgery and has an overall good reputation is insufficient to confirm that that provider is talented at Liposuction. I encourage patients to be vigilant about finding only the best and most talented providers for any liposuction procedure. Liposuction results are permanent and more or less irreversible. Correct thing poor results from Liposuction it’s very difficult. This is especially true in cases where people were over treated. Treatment options typically come down to revision Liposuction, bat grafting or in some cases and individuals with skin laxity simply cutting out the problem area skin tightening procedure. None of these are great options in your case which is usually the case for most people who have been disfigured from Liposuction. Some improvements can always be made but restoring someone to pre-procedure or the results they had hoped for is very difficult. Revision work is many times more difficult than primary Liposuction so the need to find the most talented and experienced surgeon goes without saying. allowing your current provider to do a revision is more likely to make things worse. Get improvements often requires several rounds of surgery. This is awesome in case when fat transfer is involved. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of carefully vetting plastic surgeons before committing to having procedures that are permanent. I suggest patients do this by exclusively having in person consultations. During consultations ask each provider to show their entire collection of arm liposuction results. Provider should have no difficulty showing you a minimum of 50 sets of before and after pictures of arm liposuction results. Simply seeing a handful of pre-selected pictures which must likely represent the best results of the providers career is insufficient to get a clear understanding of what the average results look like in the hands of each provider. Highly experienced providers will have hundreds or even thousands of before and after pictures to choose from to show patients and be able to find similar examples of patients with very similar body characteristics. I also recommend reading all reviews on various physician review websites avoiding providers with any significant number of justified negative reviews. The absence of justified negative reviews is more important and more telling than having an abundance of positive reviews. Patient should plan on having multiple consultations in order to differentiate and eventually find the right provider. And your kids all of these points are even more important. You now not only need to find the most talented and experience provider in regards to Liposuction but also one that has experience with that transfer. You also have to find one willing to take on your case which not everybody is going to want to do. Taking care of other providers unhappy patients can be thankless work. patients who have been disfigured by other providers can take up large amounts of time and often end up not having surgery. Consultations can take over an hour and many patients continue to have follow up questions via email etc. If you have not done so already you need to follow up with your provider so that he or she is aware of what the results look like. I would encourage you to share your experience by writing a professional honest incorrect review about your experience so other patients will know what it was like for you. I’m sure you would’ve appreciated hearing other patients experience if it was similar to what happened do you before you chose that provider. Where are you of any Doctor Who thinks this is easy to fix or that high energy devices like VASER can simply break up the scar tissue. Like I said earlier, delivering consistent quality Liposuction at result is difficult and revision work as many times more difficult. Like I said earlier, delivering consistent quality Liposuction at result is difficult and revision work as many times more difficult. You need to find the most talented and experience provider if you want to get significant improvements. You may also need to be open to having more than one procedure. Done by someone lacking skill revision work can easily make things worse. I wish I could be more optimistic If you’re interested in moving forward then you need to start making a list of local plastic surgeons who seem to have a lot of experience with Liposuction and fat transfer and start making in person consultations with each one.
