I’m a 26 years old female, 168 cm, and 55 kg. I believe I have tuberous breasts and am considering augmentation. I’ve attached front and side photos (nipples censored) for reference. My priority is achieving a natural look through augmentation even if the increase is moderate so that my breasts appear fuller but still proportional and natural, rather than dramatically larger. I would greatly appreciate any preliminary feedback regarding suitability, potential approaches, or special considerations for tuberous breasts based on my goals. Your photos do not suggest the presence of tuberous breasts. I would anticipate a good aesthetic outcome from a standard breast augmentation procedure. You can confirm this through a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon.

It doesn’t appear that there is any constriction of tissue around your nipples, which is the trademark of tuberous breasts. If there is, it is mild. For this reason a straightforward breast agumetnaiton may be sufficient.

If it helps any at all, you do not have tuberous breasts.  Your breasts are small but the shape is fine.  You should do well with a traditional breast augmentation.  good luck
