Your breasts don’t appear to be constricted around the nipples and you have a defined breast fold, therefore you most likely don’t have tubular breasts.
Your breasts are not tubular, they are inferior and lateral. You would benefit from a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
It does not look like tuberous or narrow base breasts. Your breast and nipples are positioned a bit laterally but that is all within normal range. A small implant augmentation would give more fullness to the upper pole and make them look more rounded. Good luck.
Thank you for your question and photos. Needless to say, an examination in person would be required to properly evaluate you but based on your photos your breasts do not appear to be tubular. Womens breasts have a wide spectrum of “normal” and each woman has to decide for herself if she would like to enhance something about her breasts, such as size, shape, degree of natural droop, etc. From your photos your breasts appear normal and relatively symmetrical. If you feel you would want a greater degree of upper pole fullness or roundness this can be accomplished either with a breast lift or tightening of the skin envelope, with or without an appropriately sized implant. This would also reduce the size of your areola. Alternatively, a breast augmentation alone may accomplish your goals. Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon whose aesthetic results appeal to you. Best of luck to you.
It sounds like your surgeon and given careful thought to your condition and has devised a plan that can address your issues. Whether you can safely go beyond 300 cc is a question that is best answered by someone who has personally examined you. At this point I would say to trust your surgeon and...
Hi, thanks for your question. These appearances are likely to be due to a combination of breast development and weight fluctuations. If you have had children, this is also likely to have contributed to larger areola areas. A natural breast has slightly more volume above the nipple than below it,...
Your photos do not suggest the presence of tubular breasts, and if you do, the condition is so mild that it should not prevent successful breast feeding. If you have any desire to change the appearance of your breasts, this could be revisited after you have completed breast feeding. At that...
