I had a reduction in 2009 and will be going for a tummy tuck and breast Augmention later this year. My goal is upper pole fullness and cleavage without going too big. I’m 5’8” and 155 lbs. what cc and profile would you suggest?

CC is your last step, not your first. After you have the tissue reduced, your breast base width is decided and your skin envelope has determined the space left. A person 5'8" 155 lbs would usually have a breast width of 12-13.5 cm and that puts you 300-375 cc implants in most people. Bigger than what fits the envelope creates side splay and stretch marks that you will see after two years. CC alone does not make for a good upper pole fullness or cleavage choice.

A moderate-plus gives you natural slope to have cleavage. High profile gives more projection in front with more cleavage. In post-reduction breast I use dual plane placement to create the cleavage under the muscle with a smooth round silicone implant.

I bring the measurements for base width and pinch to my consultations and always ask for sizers in a surgical bra in office, in the exam room. A picture of you says so much more than a CC size number.
