I am 33/F. Recently the right side my face changed drastically: undereye area became hollow, nasolabial area looks creased/ deeper. I developed a line at cheek/ eye border (malar pad?). the right side looks 10 years older. While this happened I got dx with a hormonal imbalance- estrogen/progesterone at menopausal levels. Acne worsened. I am under tx for it. If tx restores my levels , what is the most conservative but effective tx option for my face? Should I look into a mid face lift?

It is good that you are working to get your hormones balanced.  You may benefit from fillers to help add volume and improve symmetry.  There are many types of fillers and they vary in longevity, but can last up to two years.  There are other non surgical options to improve skin tone and texture such as lasers, chemical peels, and microneedling.  These work well in conjunction with fillers.

Hi,Take some pictures now. Once your hormone / acne situation stabilizes, bring the pictures in person to your doctor and get a consult. Fillers are relatively benign introduction to aesthetic treatments and you can go slow to see if the effect is going in the right direction for you. You can always add more or add other treatments.
