Thank you for your question and photographs, and I can see your areas of concern.  As you are recently out from surgery, it is difficult without an in-person examination to determine what may be taking place. Most commonly this is residual swelling from surgery which will spontaneously resolve, but it would be important to voice your concerns to your surgeon to ensure that other issues are not taking place - discrete fluid collection, muscle laxity, or residual adipose tissue. Hope this helps.

It will take 3-6 months for the swelling to settle. There is always swelling above the scar and a lot of this will settle. I would keep in touch with your PS. 

Very poorly preformed TT with liposuction! Best to seek in person second opinions for revision surgery in 4 months.
