Any suggestions for waist asymmetry and lower abdomen bulging ?! (photos)

I had abdominoplasty with lipo to waist 4 weeks ago , since the surgery I noticed my waist is asymmetrical and right side is very tender and sensitive to touch also lower abdomen pouch . Does this look normal and if not what is best solution?!
