Any suggestions for waist asymmetry and lower abdomen bulging ?! (photos)

I had abdominoplasty with lipo to waist 4 weeks ago , since the surgery I noticed my waist is asymmetrical and right side is very tender and sensitive to touch also lower abdomen pouch . Does this look normal and if not what is best solution?!

There can be many causes for your rash. It looks like a fungal rash. However, without an assessment it is impossible to say for sure. Contact your surgeon. Regards,

Hello,Having a seroma for three weeks is not uncommon, and I've successfully treated them for 2 months with in office aspirations.  Just be patient, go frequently, and wear your compression.Best of luck!

Do not despair! Santyl is a wonderful product and works very well. In fact if it gets on your normal skin nothing bad will happen. You should still only apply it to the wound only but it's ok if it gets on adjacent skin. Follow your surgeon's recommendations and you are going to be fine. Good luck!
