Hello,You should know that no one can predict what size bra you'll be wearing after breast augmentation. Although some give 'formulas' of cc's to bra cups, they are not accurate or reproducible.  The good news is that 605 cc is a very big implant, and it should give you a lot of augmentation.  The bad new is that perhaps it will be more than your soft tissues can handle, leading to double bubble, implant malposition, unpredictable stretch and thinning of tissues, and rippling.  Without proper biodimensional analysis, your risk for problems or capacity for such a large implant cannot be determined.Best of luck!

Yes you will. You may be larger and look unnaturally large. I would do the rice test or use the Mentor inserts to be sure. The larger you go the more issues that are potential. Good luck

This is because every woman's anatomy has subtle differences and because cup size is not standardized between manufacturers. The manufacturers did not ever get together and agree on what constitutes a B,C, D cup etc

Most likely, it would give a much larger cup size. That being said, It would be really helpful to have a full consultation with breast measurements taken. Using this information, your plastic surgeon can help you chose the appropriate implants and the " look" you are going for  to give you your desired look. There is no ideal correlation with volume of an implant and "cup size" due to many variables including the patient current breast volume and breast shape.
