What can I do to minimize the appearance of wrinkles on my knees? (photo)

With wrinkles on the knees, and just above them, you must consider that the loose skin is coming from the entire thigh and falling down to the knee. The biggest mistake I see practitioners make is only treating that wrinkled skin and nothing above it. I would recommend full thigh skin tightening with either the bodytite by Inmode or the renuvion by APYX. Superficially, I would treat the entire area with strong, microneedling RF devices, such as the Morpheus8 or the SylfirmX. You would want to do at least three of these treatments.
One last trick for particularly challenging cases is to add a fair amount of hyper dilute Radiesse to the whole thigh and knee area to build up a nice sheet of deep collagen.
And as always go to an experienced practitioner that has lots of cases using all of these modalities

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. It looks like you would be a great candidate for CIT (which stands for collagen induction therapy). CIT is very effective in treating the following skin conditions: wrinkles, loose skin, skin aging, stretch marks (striae distensiae) cellulite, hyperpigmentation and scars. A few sessions can be needed but we can already see great results after the first one.

RF micro-needling can be used "head to toe" to treat loose skin, wrinkles, poor skin textures, etc. anywhere it is loose. It is also safe for all skin types. It would work great for that area above your knee.

Hey there! Since your wrinkles are very mild you could try something non surgical such as morpheus 8! It is a simple procedure. You may need it twice and this is done under local anesthesia. I hope this helps!
