Would it be safe for me to have a BBL/Lipo based on my blood work for PTT?

Hello, I am looking to have Lipo/BBL with Arm Lipo . My blood work for my PTT came back as a 41.1. I am not on any blood thinners or medication. Would it still be safe for me to have the procedure? I do carry the Thalassemia trait.
