Hello, thank you for your question. Yes it is possible to reduce the breasts to as small as an A cup or perhaps even smaller. Keep in mind, when it comes to size, we as surgeons estimate approximately what looks and feels like an A cup during surgery. There are some asymmetries that may be noticeable later on and it is very difficult to match both sides exactly the same but this is something that is a risk factor and we try our best to make them as symmetrical as possible.

You are actually the ideal candidate for a breast reduction. Your breasts can be reduced but I dont know if you want to reduce them to an A cup.
I believe a b or c cup will leave you with beautiful and perky breasts that dont cause neck, back and shoulder pain and leave a very aesthetically pleasing result.

Thanks for your question! I do think you would be a candidate for a breast reduction and lift. The final cup size is determined by width as well as overall volume, so we try not to guarantee cup sizes. You should consult with a qualified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck!

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. The weight of the breast is transferred to the underlying pectoralis major muscle resulting in pain relief without excessive reduction. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts. While there are different techniques used to perform this surgery, I prefer the vertical incision (lollipop pattern) breast reduction technique instead of the anchor scar pattern, which reduces more noticeable scarring than usual. I also use a SAFE liposuction technique to reduce additional fat around the stubborn axilla area and bra line. Large breasts may not only interfere with your physical ability to function in daily activities but can be emotionally burdensome as well. Although it is difficult to say without a personal examination, you may be a candidate for a breast reduction. Breast reduction surgery removes excess breast tissue and reshapes the contour of the breasts so that they are smaller and perkier. It is possible to do a breast reduction with a minimal scar technique and can also be done as an outpatient procedure under twilight sedation. I suggest you make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon who will examine you and go over your surgical options and discuss potential results in detail.

From your photos it appears you are a candidate for a breast reduction. This would remove excess breast weight/tissue as well as improve shape and nipple position. After an exam and discussion of your goals you can decide together what a good size for you would be based on your overall anatomy and goals. You should be able to reduce your breasts multiple cup sizes.

Great posted photos. You need a bilateral breast lift/reduction to C or small D cup. You are not being realistic for A cup. Best to virtual consult with... fees in the $8,000+ ranges.

During the procedure, I always want to achieve the best size of the breast that will fit patient's body structure. It is nearly impossible to give the precise information about the size of the breast that we can achieve with the breast reduction surgery. It will be clear after doing the in-person consultation and measurements. In the pictures that you sent it seems that we can achieve A cup result but as I mentioned you earlier, It will be clear after the in-person
