The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reduce and reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Hi Ayoomo - a breast reduction will certainly be able to reduce the size of your breasts significantly. It is always difficult to promise a specific cup size as this is dependent on a number of factors and is not always related directly to breast volume. Your breasts will change after surgery as you age, if your weight changes, or if you have children. Breast reduction surgery has very high rates of patient satisfaction and I would be confident that it has a very good chance of improving your ability to enjoy your body - you should discuss your specific goals in terms of size and shape with your chosen plastic surgeon. It is unfortunate you have an extremely large breast size. Although it is not possible to guarantee an exact cup size it should be possible to achieve a breast size in 'the region' of your desired result. Depending on certain measurement which need to be taken during an assessment it may be that you need a type of procxedure called a free nipple graft. This is simply because in very large breast sizes which are reduced significantly the nipple needs to be removed and replacxed as a skin graft. With any breast reduction, insurance requires a certain mass per breast removed based on a calculation called body surface area. Outside of this number in grams, the breasts can be reduced even further within reason. Going too small will not offer you a pleasing aesthetic and also warrants complications including limiting the blood supply to the nipple. You may benefit from a free nipple graft if you are wanting to go much smaller. I recommend speaking to a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options and for further evaluation.

Dear Ayoomo,Breast reduction is a very successful life changing operation but one needs to know the risks and what is possible. It is definitely possible to perform a large breast reduction, but the aim is to perform it safely and with a good outcome. You say that you "know that your breasts will grow after surgery", but do not say how you know this, or why this should happen in your case. You say that you're exercising regularly but don't give your height and weight, so it's difficult to judge your overall proportions, and BMI. The bigger the breast reduction the bigger the risk with an operation, especially in a large patient. Safety is always the first consideration in any elective operation. In my experience, using the vertical scar breast reduction technique, it's possible to remove as much as 2.5kg per breast, leaving the nipples attached to their blood supply. This may take you to a DD/E cup. Further decrease in size would occur with any weight loss after the operation.With such a large reduction it is most likely that a touch up procedure would be required after 1 year to tidy up a skin excess underneath. This would therefore result in a short horizontal scar in the new skin fold. The vertical scar technique gives well maintained longterm results.I hope this information is helpful.
