Is it possible to get a breast reduction without FNG if my fold to nipple measurement is 26cm?

I haven’t done a free nipple graft in years. You can almost always avoid it. Get another opinion. If insurance is covering it the surgeon may want to do the fng because it’s simpler

Breast reduction is best suited for women who wish to decrease the size of their breasts.
