I had a extended abdominoplasty with muscle repair (no lipo) about 6 weeks ago. I love my stomach but hate the side puddles i have (had bariatric surgery in 2021 and maintaining 100+ lbs down). Want to know if i can do just the back part of a circumferential TT or LBL?

Answer: Completing the back half of a lower body lift is possible. Yes, it is very easy to complete the back part of a lower body lift after your extended abdominal plasty. The pattern would be drawn so that the scars meet up at your present scars on your sides. This would help remove the posterior area that you were unhappy with, as well as raise your buttocks and refine the shape of your waist. Best wishes.

Answer: Lower body lift Dear lovemylife87, you are still in the early postoperative period so it is too early to think about additional procedures. You should wait at least 6 months to see the final results. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
