Will doing the LBL improve this slightly due to removing skin for lower back? (Photos)

A lower body left can markedly improve your waist, ptosis of the buttocks and some of the lower back excess skin, the upper back rolls above the bra line are too far away from the incision to be affected to any great extent. You may notice some minimal improvement, but I would not count on a great improvement from this. Best wishes.

Thank you for your query! I usually recommend a bra line lift for “bra rolls” but seeing your photos, I feel that you can get reasonable improvement with a lower body lift and a little liposuction. A circumferential body lift will essentially have no impact on the bra line area. If you are not wanting a bra line lift you can consider liposuction to improve the contour of that area. Speak with your surgeon to learn more about your options.
