I have darken scars from a tummy tuck several years ago and have done 3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart with the PIQ04 laser to reduce the hyperpigmentation. I’m not sure if I should continue with the laser or try something else since there has been no change. Triluma didn’t work, it irritated my skin and seemed to darken the area.
