I'm scheduled to have liposuction, tummy tuck and BBL. I need a breast lift but I'm not able to do them all together safely. How many months after my first round of surgery do I have to wait to have second round of surgery (breast lift and Liposuction)? I've asked a few doctors and I've been told 4-6 months. How many months and why?

Answer: Breast lift timing I would want you to be fully recovered from your first surgery. The tummy tuck is the longest recovery. I have had patients fully recovered at 6 weeks but sometimes longer. I would estimate for you then 6-12 weeks, but see how the first case goes and then schedule when recovered. Good luck.

Answer: 1.5-2 months I would recommend a minimum of 6 weeks. You need to have all of your wounds healed with no signs of any complications. You need to be back to eating and functioning at your baseline. 6 weeks gives you time enough to heal...and to allow for any potential complications or wound healing problems to surface. I would say if you had no problems at 6 weeks and met all of those criteria...you should be safe to have a breast lift.
