I'm scheduled to have liposuction, tummy tuck and BBL. I need a breast lift but I'm not able to do them all together safely. How many months after my first round of surgery do I have to wait to have second round of surgery (breast lift and Liposuction)? I've asked a few doctors and I've been told 4-6 months. How many months and why?

Answer: Breast surgery after abdominoplasty can be performed when the patient is physiologically stable.
From your photos, you could go in either direction. The skin is better removed with the additional scarring, but a midline scar is difficult to hide. I normally reserve this for patients with a pre-existing scar. Otherwise, communication with your surgeon, or a second opinion can be very helpful...
Your surgeon is the one to contact for post-op care.A green vaginal discharge suggests re-activation of a bacterial vaginosis infection as the result of anti-biotics given to you for the tummy tuck. Your surgeon is likely to direct you to your gynecologist.
