10 days post op, I have greenish vaginal discharge with no smell after Tummy Tuck. Is this normal?

The remodeling of the scar may take many months after abdominoplasty. As long as this biologic activity continues the patient may experience itching. Scratching will only aggravate the situation.

It is normal to experience some kind of pain in the pubic area because the swelling will go down just because of gravity.So, just wear your garment, wear full, mild tight panties and rest with your legs up.You will be feeling better in couple of weeks.Dr. Cardenas

Hello Bene40-Keloids don't usually occur around the belly button, but hypertrophic scars can occur. These scars are usually easily treated with a little Kenalog injection. If you get a tummy tuck, a bit of a hypertrophic scar may again occur, but just make sure that you and your plastic surgeon...

Most patients tell me that and abdominoplasty is much less painful than a C-section. I have not asked about and abdominoplasty compared to removal of an ovary. Nevertheless, most patients need narcotics for only a day or so after the procedure.

Healing is not complete after 3 weeks.  The sensations you are experiencing sound normal.  If you are concerned about your healing then I would revisit with your plastic surgeon. 

If several months have elapsed and there is still no resolution of the seroma, it may be necessary to excise the seroma cavity,  closing the dead space with sutures afterwards.
