It's always best to be close enough to your surgeon for follow-up. Video imaging would be useful to convey to the surgeon what is desirable and plan a suitable operative strategy. The surgeon will be able to determine if your aesthetic goals are reasonable.

You certainly can benefit aesthetically from chin augmentation. Chin implants and sliding genioplasty both have their benefits and drawbacks. The examples you posted gives us an idea of what you like. You can't get someone else's chin but we can get you closer to your goals by improving your chin. Of course, the surgeon will need more photos or a consultation in person to fully determine the best option for you. The combination of a significant horizontal chin deficiency combined with the desire for a slimmer chin/jawline from the front view probably speaks to a sliding genioplasty approach. Bringing the chin bone forward always narrows the jawline to some degree. Whether your sliding genioplasty needs to have a midline narrowing as well (which is what constitutes most v-line surgeries) can not be determined from just a side view picture. 

I think you should first start by getting a consultation and have xrays taken. You definitely have jaw problems and upper and lower jaw surgery is indicated. In regards to race, your surgeon and you should discuss this and determine the ideal procedure for you.

Hi, I have performed many chin augmentations for over 30 years and many of these are patients from all over the world.  From the photos, your chin is weak.  A weak chin creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy and the lower face look short that de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a double chin.  Chin augmentation using a chin implant will add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face. 





 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty.  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.
