Will a full face motorcycle helmet which is tight against my face and jaw be a problem when I have a chin implant?

I have a XL chin implant inserted a week ago and I am a professional bike rider. Will I be able to use a tight helmet which is pressing against my cheek and jaw without displacing the chin implant?
