Hello,So sorry about your fall! You likely did nothing to your implant, but you may have injured the newly forming tissue around it, the capsule. If you get bruising, you definitely injured it. But no worries, that doesn't necessarily mean you'll have a problem. Just follow up with your surgeon as usual.Best of luck!
Hello dear, thanks for your question and provided information as well.. I haveto say that you are still early on healing process, it is too soon to determinehow your results are going to be, per now, ,you can have one bigger than the other, it is normal and that can happen forthe first 3 months until your implants have settle in. I recommend you to waitand keep using your post surgical bra, that will help you with the shape andsupport. Hugs!
An exam by your surgeon is the first step. If there was significant swelling or bruising an ultrasound would likely be ordered to see if there was fluid (blood). If so, evacuating the blood (hematoma) would be indicated to help minimize risk of capsular contracture developing. It's extremely unlikely that your implant is ruptured, as new implants are very strong, and the pain has nothing to do with the condition of the implant.
I would suggest letting your plastic surgeon examine you. if need be, he/she can order an ultrasound to check for bleeding or even a mammagram.
If your breasts look normal I wouldn't worry; if you don't have breast tenderness I wouldn't worry. If you have any symptoms or are a worry wart, then get a mammogram to start with which will typically show implant rupture.

The tear drop implant is relatively new to the market but already has many names: form-stable, shaped, gummy bear. There are many advantages, a few disadvantages, and some similarities with the older gel models. The shaped or "tear drop" implant provides a more natural shape that...
