Thank you for your question.  It sounds as if you have not had any major complications after your breast augmentation, and as such you should be free to proceed.

Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon who can properly examine you and determine if you are suffering from a slow deflation or implant malposition that may have worsened after your started lifting. Remember that breast revision surgery is designed to assist with these problems. Good luck!
