I was quite happy when I came out of surgery as they looked quite a reasonable size. Now the swelling has gone down they look quite small. I did say I wanted a natural look, 34D, but they look smaller than that. I emailed my surgeon and told him my concerns. He told that we went with the right size of implant and said nothing else. I have a follow up appointment with him in 4 weeks time, what should I do?
