1 month post BBL and 360 lipo. I experience burning on my skin when I take my fans off or put clothes on. Is this normal?

I have my Bbl done March 9 and now when I take my fans off I have pulling and burning sensation on my back and sides also it’s kind a hard for me to get out the bed sometimes can this be caused by the fans wearing it to much I also tried to put on a tank top and it still has the burden sensations want to touching my skin please help me out the tile call my doctor but they have not yet responded or anything I need your help
