I've had 2 bbls my butt is still squared. I don't want it to be any bigger because its already wide. I just want it to be rounded out. How can this be fixed or is this just my anatomy?

Answer: Liposuction It is difficult to answer this question without actually examining you, especially since you have accumulated scar tissue and loss of skin elasticity due to your prior surgeries. Given my experience with primary and revision Brazilian buttlifts and body contouring, I believe that you would benefit from aggressive liposuction to the waistline and to the buttocks to create smoother curves and more anatomically-pleasing contour. My recommendation would be to consult with an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon who does revisional work and get their opinion.
