Thank you for your question. I understand your concern and I have a good news for you, this have a solution, what you need is an Special DBL which consist in remove the upper crest butt and reshape and provide better butt contour with the fat transfer also remove the outer thighs.

It is difficult to answer this question without actually examining you, especially since you have accumulated scar tissue and loss of skin elasticity due to your prior surgeries. Given my experience with primary and revision Brazilian buttlifts and body contouring, I believe that you would benefit from aggressive liposuction to the waistline and to the buttocks to create smoother curves and more anatomically-pleasing contour. My recommendation would be to consult with an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon who does revisional work and get their opinion.

The transition zone from your lower waist onto your buttocks does not transition correctly.
The transition zone needs to be lowered so that your upper buttocks doesn’t look so square.
Personally I do this by correctly using the Liposuction Equipment doing the procedure with patients laying on their side.
Different providers have different ways of doing these procedures. My personal goal is to create a smooth harmonious S curve rather than a big buttock.
The lower part of your buttocks is more difficult to shape but the upper half is simply not done correctly.

BBL surgery does not mean just injecting fat into the buttocks. It involves contouring the buttocks as well as the hip area so as to result in curves. The photos suggest that your buttocks can be made more contoured by injecting to the hips as well as into the central buttocks. But you need to be examined by a Board Ce5tified plastic surgeon with lots of experience performing BBL surgery. Good luck!
