Thank you for your question and picture. Sometimes graphic pictures tell the most. Any TT, extended or not should lift the pubic area if done correctly. Seek a consultation from a Board Certified PS.

A well performed abdominoplasty will also address the aesthetic improvement of the mons area. Make sure you are consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in body contouring surgery. Best of luck to you.
Any type of abdominoplasty can be planned so that the Mons can be repositioned and even reduced in volume if that is too the patient's benefit.
Most surgeons who perform any type of tummy tuck will lift the mons during the procedure. This is true whether you are having a regular or extended tummy tuck.
A tummy tuck will remove the excess skin in the lower abdomen and correct mons ptosis as well. I would recommend additional weight loss if possible before surgery.
Because your soft tissues are very pliable, a tummy tuck can not only pull tissue downward but it can also pull tissue upward as well. This would result in a flatter stomach area and a better contour of the pubic area. Based on your picture, you appear to be an excellent candidate for a full tummy tuck. I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person and review your options with you.
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photograph. A tummy tuck procedure can be extended to include a monsplasty ("mons lift"). Depending on the thickness of the tissues along this area, a combination of direct adipose excision or liposuction can be performed to achieve a nice contour from the upper abdomen through to the mons. Hope this helps.
A well performed abdominoplasty will also tighten the pubis. Many patients today opt for a lipoabdominoplasty. This can be safely performed and the results of abdominoplasty are improved with liposuction. When surgeons perform tummy tuck surgery, it is important to place the scar low. There are multiple layers of the abdominal wall. An important one is called "Scarpa's Fascia". This layer holds some degree of strength. This is an often neglected layer, but one which is important to repair. When tension is placed on this layer, it will pull the pubis up and the abdominal skin down. A plastic surgeon named Ted Lockwood refined techniques with respect to this surgery. He recommended an incision approximately 6 cm above the vaginal skin crease. When this technique is applied, the pubis is lifted. I hope this helps.!
Thanks for your question and photo.Yes, it could help lift the pubic area. You should voice your concern with your plastic surgeon before the surgery so he can work it into the surgery.Good luck Thank you

There is a procedure to remove the hanging skin (paniculectomy), but based on your photos and weight, your BMI puts you at a high risk for surgery. I would advise you to loose some of the extra weight first before considering surgery. My best, Dr. Sheila Nazarian @drsheilanazarian on Instagram
