Liposuction will remove the excess fat on your sides, abdomen, bra rolls, thighs, flanks, and back and make the waist as small as possible. The fat harvested can be transferred to the buttocks to ensure optimal fat viability and projection. I recommend you ton schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Sculptra will not give you the volume you are looking for. It will not fill your hip dips and it will definitely not give you more of a bubble butt. You might even spend more with multiple sculptra sessions (with little to no results), then with a BBL.

Laser lipo will kill the fat, so if you want to correct your hip dips, plus add some volume to your butt, lipo BBL is your only choice.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

BBL all day long. Sculptra is for very small volumes (cellulite dimpling for example). You are an excellent candidate for a BBL.

You look like an ideal candidate for a BBL. I wouldn’t bother with sculptra. To properly add volumes to your hips blending into your thighs and buttocks will require 1000 mL of fat per side. The equivalency in sculpture could buy you A nice car. For a temporary treatment this seems a bit ludicrous even for those with deep pockets.

The secondary laser treatment involved with procedures like smart Lipo adds nothing to traditional Liposuction. I say this based on first-hand experience having done several thousand laser assisted Liposuction cases.

The only variable of that matters is who does the procedure. Put all your effort into finding the best provider in your area.

Do this by scheduling in person consultations with multiple board-certified plastic surgeons who have a proven track record.

Confirm the absence of negative and justified reviews on all the various review websites.

Make sure when reviewing before and after pictures all after pictures are taken at least three months from the date of surgery to depict final result not swollen early results.

Fat transfer results change dramatically over time and showing early postoperative results serves no one.

Providers with unmanipulated organic reviews can to have a fairly equal distribution of reviews on various position review websites.

During in person consultations ask each provider to show all of their before and after pictures for this procedure. An experienced plastic surgeon should be able to demonstrate a minimum of 20 before and after pictures but ideally several hundred.

Ask the provider to show results that are less than ideal or undesirable and talk about the difference in outcomes.

Ask the provider to show the last 10 consecutive results.

When in doubt slow down and schedule more consultations.

Never commit to surgery during the consultation.
