Is 46 years old too old to have BBL surgery? (photos)

you are not too old for BBL surgery. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

I have done BBL on 70 YO patients who are totally healthy and perfect candidates.
You are in great shape, you have a beautiful body frame and liposuction and fat grafting will be a great enhancement to your body.
Your Blood pressure must be totally under control.
Look for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and an expert on BBL.

Age by itself will not prevent you from having a BBL. If the blood pressure is controlled, then the Brazilian buttlift can likely be performed in an otherwise healthy patient.

There is no age limit for plastic surgery, it all depends on your current health condition and your lab tests.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

The biggest variable in determining if someone is a good candidate for Liposuction or fat fat transfer procedures is related to skin laxity. As patients get older they tend to lose elasticity in their skin.

From your pictures your skin looks very good.

You also have a fairly ideal fat distribution for Liposuction. Your buttocks actually already looks good so I would say consider liposuction of your full torso and arms and if done correctly you should have a stunning results from just that.

You can always choose to Have fat grafting to buttocks and or hips or thighs if you want.

As long as your high blood pressure is well-controlled it shouldn’t be an issue.
