Can a BBL help chronic coccydynia and pudendal neuralgia that is close to being in remission?

I have pudendal neuralgia & coccydynia. I’ve had 40 surgeries/procedures. The pudendal is close to being in remission but I haven’t been able to sit for a year and am bedridden because of it. I have a cushion but it is not enough padding. Would a BBL allow me to sit (eventually)? Based on my case is it possible to get it covered by insurance?
