I will have liposuction done on my arms. Antibiotics suggestion for sensitive stomach and skin?

Thank you for your question. Each plastic surgeon will have different post operative instructions including the use of antibiotics and it is best to discuss this with your doctor. 

Sensitivity to antibiotics is very common.  You should discuss with your surgeon about both the type and duration of needing an antibiotic.

Each Doctor will have their preferred antibiotic protocol. I recommend following up with your Doctor about their recommended antibiotics with your intended procedure. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. There's NO indication for post operative antibiotics in this context at all. Current standard of care would be a single preoperative dose. Anything beyond that for you (assuming you have no immunodeficiency) is unnecessary and ineffective for reducing risk of infection

For my patients having liposuction of the arms, prophylactic antibiotics are not necessary.

I have used a single IV dose of a cephalosporin in those NOT allergic to penicillin for many years and studies have shown that a single IV DOSE OF A FIRST GENERATION CEPHALOSPORIN WILL BE 100% EFFECTIVE AGAINST INFECTION' You must be careful postop as well, of course.Best, Dr Mandraccia, Ft Myers, FL

This is truly a question for your treating physician.  You don't want to show up for surgery on medications your surgeon is not familiar with. Your surgeon will have answers to this question for you.

Sensitivity to antibiotics is very common. It is most important to have antibiotics in your system at the time of surgery and I don't see a reason to be on an antibiotic for 5 days following liposuction.
I recommend that you discuss this with your surgeon.

In my opinion, only perioperative (antibiotics at the time of surgery) are indicated.  There is no indication for 5 days of antibiotics following the procedure.  Your surgeon and anesthesiologist should be able to determine a proper IV antibiotic for you to take at the time of surgery based on your medication allergies.  Clindamycin is a common choice if you do not have an allergy to it.
