I did a breast lift implant exchange from 415CC under the muscle to 335CC SUB GLANDULAR. I notice that my left breast is lower and i can push it up with my hand,it is also sitting right on my rib. It actually creates like a bump underneath the breast. The right looks higher and has more upper pole fullness. Will i need a revision?

Answer: Breasts You are too early to tell. Do wear a supporting bra, probably with underwire or good underneath support to discourage your implant from sagging.

Answer: Revisional breast surgery The photos that you submitted appear to be early in the post operative phase of healing as there are areas around the areola that are not completely healed. If this is true, then it is WAY to early to determine if a revision will be required. The first phase of wound healing is associated with swelling and contraction where the skin and soft tissues are tight. As time goes by, the tissues will loosen, swelling will decrease and scars will flatten and fade. Only then will it be possible to determine if revisional surgery will be necessary.
