Abnormal breast shape - what could be the cause of this? What are my options to correct this issue? (Photo)

Question

I had breast augmentation done 6 months ago, 400cc round smooth silicone implants. I have notice that the implants don’t seem to drop or fluff; they still sit very high on my chest. The shape of my breast looks very unnatural. What could possibly the cause of it? Is it a surgeon’s mistake or Is it how my body reacts to implants. What are my options to correct this issue?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are sitting high, probably because they are somewhat large for your frame. Your surgeon can discuss a revision to lower your implants.
