I had strattice done for recurrent CC about 2 weeks ago. My PS really wasn't a big help on sizing. I chose moderate thinking I would have a mod plus look. Is it worth it/safe doing an implant exchange assuming the CC doesn't come back this time? When is the soonest I can swap them? Im pretty devastated because this is my 3rd surgery and I wanted to be done this time. I'm a model and my clothes no longer fit the wider moderate style. so some good news or opinions would be great... thank you!

You may have a capsule on your higher side. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and being examined. Sometimes external ultrasound and Accolate can be helpful to correct this without surgery.
Extra lateral fullness of your breasts can be treated, possibly with liposuction, to remove extra fullness. Please discuss this with your surgeon. However, you need to wait for all the swelling to subside, probably around 5 to 6 months. This may yet improve with healing.
Go with smaller and lighter implants to avoid more sagging over time. As implants get bigger, they weigh more and sagging tissue does not support well.
