Breast implant revision with fat graft?

I wish we had the answer to your questions but we really don’t. Fat transfer is still pretty much a hit or miss procedure with results that are difficult to control and predict. It’s really trial and error at this point. I don’t like preforming hit or miss procedures so I don’t do fat transfer. Too many poor results

Fat grafting is usually best to do by itself, especially if lifting is needed. The survival of fat is the same for local and general anesthesia, and your surgeon will use local anesthesia with both. The best donor site is the one that has enough fat. Abdomen is a nice donor site since you do not need to be turned to remove the fat and insert the fat.
