Hello,3 weeks is very early. Puckering typically has smoothed out by 3 months and anything not resolved at 6 months may need an office revision. All the best,Dr. BlaggAustin, TX
You are very early in your recovery. You need to wait 4 to 6 months to see your final result. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Good luck.
Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Only time will tell on the degree that your incision will smooth out, so follow your surgeon’s local care advice to speed your healing.
You are early in your recovery and some puckering is not unexpected. It can takes a few months for it to smooth out as tissues heal and swelling resolves. Continue to follow the advice of your plastic surgeon and report new concerns or questions.
Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation is normal. If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.Good luck :)
Thank you for your question. This little bit of puckering is not unusual. It does improve over time but it may take a couple of months. Don’t make any decisions until you are at least 3 months out. Your plastic surgeon should be able to guid you along to let you know if and when any scar revision would be needed.
Thank you for your question. It usually takes several weeks for the skin folds to smooth out. Please continue to follow instructions from your PS and re evaluate in 4 months.
Hi and congrats on your recent surgery. Incisions typically take a couple of months to smooth out. Check with your plastic surgeon about scar treatment. I tell my patients that they can start to use silicone strips/ biocorneum 4 or so weeks after surgery.Best,

If you are not seeing improvement after taking the medications for one week you need to return to your surgeon for further evaluation. A small amount of clear or light yellow discharge is not concerning but it's best that your surgeon assesses the incisions as she/he is most familiar with the...
