i had done double eyelid surgery a week ago.i want medium crease the doctor said ok seeing his previous result i dont doubt anything.but after the surgery done i know he did partial incision and the suture was not even tied properly after the surgery my eyes were very swollen and red and most imortant i dont get double eyelid crease which i wanted i am so depressed the swollen gone but no result.

You have eyelid ptosis, likely from levator dehiscence. This can be repaired via a levator advancement or plication. Anchoring is part of the procedure. If your optometrist can document visual field obstruction insurance will cover the procedure.
Good morning!It is hard to say with the photo you have provided, but tissue atrophy after steroid injection could indeed be the culprit. Also, a loose suture early in healing could also have caused this issue.I wold have a frank discussion with your PS about these issues and what can be done ...
