Is this a failed double eyelid surgery? (Photos)

Question

i had done double eyelid surgery a week ago.i want medium crease the doctor said ok seeing his previous result i dont doubt anything.but after the surgery done i know he did partial incision and the suture was not even tied properly after the surgery my eyes were very swollen and red and most imortant i dont get double eyelid crease which i wanted i am so depressed the swollen gone but no result.

It is possible that swelling is masking the newly created lid crease.  It is difficult to see a crease from you photos, follow up with your surgeon as directed.

Creating a crease in the asian eyelid is somewhat challenging and should be approached by a surgeon experienced in this procedure. Since your result is only 1 week old, it is not yet certain what your final outcome will be. Please be patent and stay in close contact with your surgeon.

From the photos, it does appear that the fold may not have been effectively created in your case.  Hopefully once the swelling subsides there will be better definition of the crease you desire, but difficult to tell at this point.  Stay in touch with your surgeon so that he or she can guide you through the process.
