CoolSculpting works best when are within 15-20 pounds of your ideal weight. It is not a weight loss system but it is a great tool to assist in your hard work with working out.
None of the body-contouring techniques, except Vanquish, are appropriate for anyone whose BMI is above 30. It’s not so much what your weight is as the composition and proportions of fat, muscle, and bone. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will allow you to find out if you’re ready to improve your figure with CoolSculpting, or if you need to lose more weight.
Thank you for you queatCoolsculpting is not a weight loss procedure, good candidates are men and women who have a healthy diet. The results are long-lasting as long as you maintain a stable healthy lifestyle. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon well versed in all aspects of body contouring to determine if your an ideal candidate for CoolSculpting.Best of Luck ,Andrew T. Thank you for your question. Coolsculpting is a procedure that is ideal for those who are relatively fit but have some modest size fat bulges that do not improve with diet and exercise. This procedure is not a treatment for obesity or a weight-loss solution. Best to consult with an experienced office that offers Coolsculpting and with a board certified plastic surgeon that would be able to evaluate you for liposuction for your absolute best result. Good luck.
You should be 30lbs to your goal weight in order to get desired results from Coolsculpting! It sounds like you have a healthy balance of diet and exercise which complements Coolsculpting and it natural fat elimination process. Sometimes a second treatment is needed for desired results. Doing a RF treatment like Venus Legacy after the Coolsculpting helps with lymphatic drainage and skin tightening. Good luck!
Hi and thanks for your question! Coolsculpting candidates are not really decided upon by their weight. Its more so the areas of desired treatment, whether the expectations/goals can be achieved, the amount of cycles needed and the type of fat, among other considerations. Highly recommended to schedule a consultation with an office that does a lot of coolsculpting and has multiple machines to expedite the treatment time for you. Best of luck,Jennifer Tinelli, NP-C
It’s difficult to tell how your weight is placed on the body without a consultation because everyone carries their weight differently. However, to be a candidate for Coolsculpting you must have pinchable fat in the treatment area. It is important to see a qualified provider to see if Coolsculpting will address your concerns, as results can vary from patient to patient.
Thank you for your question. There is not a specific weight that you have to be to have a coolsculpting procedure, but you should be as close to your ideal weight as possible. This way we are better able to target the areas that are stubborn or that bother you the most. At this point, coolsculpting would still work, but more often than not, I find that patients are happiest with their results when they lose weight first and then get treated. This is great information to discuss with your provider. Best of luck to you!
There is no maximum or minimum weight for CoolSculpting. Generally, if you have "an inch to pinch" that is great for one treatment. CoolSculpting for BMI up to 35, but can still have great results especially under the chin and redefining the jaw line on larger people. It can make a real difference when you look in the mirror and inspire you.
It is best to be within 20 pounds of your ideal weight but you can be heavier and the procedure will still be effective. You can use Coolsculpting as a way to "jump start" your diet and be healthy and exercise and have great results. Best, Dr. Green
Without seeing your before and after photos, knowing your weight before and after the treatment, and seeing detailed notes of the service your practitioner performed, there is not enough information to determine why you are experiencing dissatisfaction with your...
Yes, as long as you are cleared by your Doctor, you can have Coolsculpting. For best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser with T...
CoolSculpting works well for the majority of people who are good candidates. It's not clear if you were treated 6 times or in 6 areas. If you were treated in the same area(s) over 6 treatments, then maybe consider an alternative treatment. Also remember, if you gain weight...
