How long does it take to see results from CoolSculpting? Will I need more than 1 treatment?

How long does it take to see results from Coolsculpting? Will I definitely need more than 1 treatment or will I see results immediately? I want to make sure the procedure works, but I don't want to have to keep returning to the doctor over and over again.
